MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP PARK PAVILION RESERVATIONS
**Submit your pavilion request at least (7) seven business days prior to your event.**
**All reservation requests must be for the current calendar year.**
RENTAL RATES & TIME BLOCKS: Each block of time is $100/RESIDENT or $200/NON-RESIDENT,
unless otherwise noted.
Two time blocks available for all park pavilions (8:00 am - 3:00 pm) OR (4:00 pm - dusk)
**If you would like to request all day use of a park pavilion, you will need to request both time blocks.**
FULL PAYMENT OF RESERVATION FEE AND $100 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
IS DUE UPFRONT TO CONFIRM ALL RESERVATIONS.
If park pavilion has been cleaned up and all trash from your reservation has been removed from the park,
deposit refunds are issued (7) seven business days after your rental.
YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN LARGE TRASH BAGS, use them for the trash and then tie up those bags of trash and take them with you.
***Do not fill the trash cans at the park with trash and leave it behind.
If trash is left at the park, you will not receive your deposit refund.***
Reservation of a pavilion does not guarantee full use of other park facilities.
Meridian Township Parks are open to the public from dawn until dusk.
Picnic tables should be returned to original position before you leave.
**Inflatable Equipment is not allowed without prior approval, two weeks in advance of the event.
An insurance certificate & hold harmless form are required for equipment from an outside vendor at least two weeks prior to the date of the event.**
There are NO WATER FEATURE INFLATABLES ALLOWED AT ANY MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP PARK.
